When visiting The HRIS World, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access.
This information is used purely to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use.
Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

All email addresses provided to us are NOT shared nor are they for rent nor sale.
Your e-mail address will be used to provide occasional newsletters, a frequency of less than 6 per annum.
An opportunity to opt-out of ANY communication you receive from The HRIS World will be provided with all our communications.
For any reason, should such an option not be available, a reply (from the e-mail address you wish to opt-out from) with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject will be just as effective. Most opt-outs are fulfilled within 24-72 hours.
Responding to a Call-to-Action
Occasionally, we will have an article that promotes the services of a vendor and/or provider. In all cases, we provide a link to our privacy policy (which you are reading now) as well as a call-to-action button to contact us.
The call-to-action will require us to collect information for our advertisers and/or companies with which we have formed a relationship. Any and all information collected and shared during the response to a call-to-action will be handled in the same manner in which we collect any other information — in the strictest confidence.
Only the necessary information that will allow our advertisers and/or companies with which we have formed a relationship will be collected – usually, contact name, phone number, email address, and best time to call. Should more information be necessary, we will make notice of this in our initial contact.
Should you discover, for any reason, that the information you have shared with us has been compromised, please use our contact page to report this immediately.

Though viewing this site does not require registration, leaving any comment does.
Upon registering, you are provided an opportunity to fill out a profile with a minimal amount of required information — your email address is one of the required information.
When you post a comment, your e-mail address will NOT be displayed but will be used to provide you with an e-mail of any updates to your comments, if you have elected to do so.
You also have an option to be notified by e-mail of any new articles.
In BOTH cases, your e-mail address never appears to the public nor to the webbots that search the web for e-mail addresses.
This insures your privacy to the fullest extent we can provide.
We also use a Social Sign In from AddThis, allowing you to sign in, without registering, with Facebook, Twitter, or Google +.
None of your personal information is stored when you elect to use the social sign in, unless you elect to do so later.

Newsletters and Memberships
We offer both free and paid memberships. In both cases, you are presented with an opportunity of what to receive as well as how often. All newsletters can be managed from a link within the newsletter or by using the link located on the sidebar in our membership enrollment widget.
As a free or paid member, we will occassionaly have special announcements, articles only for our members, and/or special promotions that will be offered our members before they are available to the public. You can always opt-out of the members-only announcements by sending us an e-mail to our webmaster at any time.
Requests to be Contacted by 3rd Parties
We do have posts and pages that offer product and/or services that require the collect of information. The information you provide in these posts and pages is collected and sent to the vendor or provider in question as well as stored on our databases. In all cases, the information is only for use with you, The HRIS World, and the intended target, and only for the purpose and focus of the post and/or page.
For the landing pages that are on our site: we collect this information on our own databases and we share this information ONLY with the intended target.
The only access to the databases are select employees of The HRIS World.
For the landing pages that are on 3rd party sites: we collect only IP address upon your exit; once in a 3rd party site (evidenced by the URL), you are subject to their privacy polcies. They are required to have their polcies readily available; if not, please contact them. If you still continue to have problems in securing their privacy policy, contact our webmaster and we will see what we can do for you.
